Reconnexion is a journey during which we meet earth, fire, water and air. We awaken this part of us, gentle and wild, that connects us to the simple and spontaneous pleasure of exploring our relationship to the elements, in movement and in voice. This way we reconnect ourselves with nature, and with our essence of being human celebrating life on earth.
Mindful walking, presence, movement and voice in forest, plains, river and around the fire. The activities take place outdoors in natural setting of Berner Oberland.
We will lodge in centre Kientalerhof and we’ll spend two nights in a mountain refuge.
Times of the Workshop:
Inside, in room: time for opening. Tuning to the innerself, opening the doors of the movement and the sound and entering self-confidence. Opening ourselves, opening to the space, opening to others. Reconnecting to the desire and the pleasure to vibrate in unisson.
Outdoor, in the nature: time for exploration. Waking up on an intimate meeting with the earth, the water, the fire, the air and the nature around. In a simple and spontaneous dance, exchange and have a dialogue with the nature and reconnect to its own nature.
Outdoor, in the nature: time for meditation. Practice of mindfull walking and practice of the global consciousness.
Time for words: sharings and exchanges of our experiences.
Parts of the workshop will be accompanied by live music.
For whom?
The participation is opened to all, with or without experience of spontaneous dancing and singing.Because of the mountain walk condition, we ask a minimum physical condition for everyone to follow the group during the dayly walkings to the sites in nature.This workshop is neither a dancing lesson, nor a singing course, nor a performance. It is an invitation to release the movement and voice in us trhough our relationship to the natural environnement.In order to hold the group space, participation is required from the begining to the end of the workshop.
The workshop will be held in French with translation into English.
Who will guide the workshop?
Fabrice George is teaching the practice of spontaneous mouvement and singing since 2006 in Belgium and Switzerland. Fabrice will be assisted by Laurent Kern, who participated the previous editions of Reconnexion and is professional mountain guide.
About the site:
Primal, striking limestone mountains, a pristine valley and water that may be wild and can flow undisturbed. For some, the Kiental is a fantastically beautiful, varied nature preserve with numerous hiking trails and adventure trails, for other is our home, a magical place of power which combines the earth energy with the cosmic energy and brings man to vibrate.
