Reconnexion is a journey during which we meet earth, fire, water and air. We awaken this part of us, gentle and wild, that connects us to the simple and spontaneous pleasure of exploring our relationship to the elements, in movement and in voice. This way we reconnect ourselves with nature, and with our essence of being human celebrating life on earth.
Mindful walking, presence, movement and voice in forest, plains, river and around the fire. The activities take place outdoors.
We will lodge in tree houses in the amazing « L’Arbre à Cabane » nature site.
For whom?
The workshop addresses every person who wishes to explore one’s creative and spontaneous part.
The workshops that I guide, and this one in particular, bring the group and each of the participants to live various personal experiences, certain joyful and light and of other one sometimes deep and more intense. Before all, it is a human adventure, a journey that may sometimes bring us out of our comfort zone, knowing that it is often there that the magic can unfold!…
The workshop will be held in French with translation into English if needed.
Who will guide the
Fabrice George, body therapist and musician, is teaching the practice of spontaneous mouvement and singing since 2006 in Belgium and
Cédric Bolmont is a sower of light, intercessor with beings of nature, and creator of the site of » L’Arbre à Cabane « .
